1、After the batching plant signs the corresponding contract with the customer, the construction team creates a production order through the mobile app based on its own pouring task. The batching plant planner reviews the order, and once approved, the order is automatically converted into a production task.
After the production order is approved, it is automatically converted into a production task, waiting for the construction team to request materials and dispatch vehicles for production, or for the dispatcher to initiate vehicle dispatch for production.
2、The construction team initiates a material request on the mobile app.

5、After the tanker is loaded, the construction team can monitor the entire transportation process, including production completion time, departure time, task number, transport vehicle information, transport volume, transport progress, etc.
The construction team uses the mobile app to view detailed information of the concrete delivered by the concrete truck, including grade, pouring method, transported volume, pouring progress, and so on.
6、After the concrete is transported to the construction site, the construction team scans the QR code presented by the transport driver to sign for receipt. During signing, it checks whether the delivery driver matches the construction team. If not, the driver will be alerted that the delivery address is wrong, and the construction team will be reminded of a signing error. If matched, the signing continues. The quantity can be modified according to the actual situation. If modified, a second confirmation is required before completing the signing. The signing result automatically generates a delivery receipt, which is stored in the construction team's mobile phone as an image that cannot be edited or modified. The signing result and the delivery receipt image are simultaneously sent to the system for storage. Plant management, the construction team, and the driver can all view the signing information from their mobile devices. The delivery receipt image stored in the MES system cannot be modified either.
