Engineering Batching Plant Intelligent Management Platform

Construction unit management: manage and maintain the basic information of all construction units in the system, classified and organized hierarchically by project department, project sub-department, work area, and construction team (skeleton team).

The engineering department personnel can automatically or manually add pouring plans by scanning QR codes, ensuring that the pouring plans in the batching plant are consistent with the engineering management platform.

Automatically generate material consumption ledger and material consumption statistics based on material consumption; can connect to weighbridge or other material systems to provide timely and detailed material receiving ledger and statistics for material personnel.

Engineering Department:
1、Engineering department personnel initiate pouring orders through the mobile APP. Orders not yet scheduled can be cancelled; orders already scheduled can be paused, resumed, or completed.
2、Provide the progress of the current day's pouring plan.
3、Provide delivery ledger and statistics.
Production management:
1、Task progress tracking: track the execution progress of each production task.
Vehicle tracking: track the volume and number of trips for each vehicle.
Construction team:
1、On-site material request: personnel of the skeleton team or engineering department use the mobile app to issue material instructions such as request, expedite, pause, cancel, and stop.
2、After the tanker is loaded, the construction team can monitor the entire transportation process, including production completion time, departure time, task number, transport vehicle information, transport volume, transport progress, etc.
The construction team uses the mobile app to view detailed information of the concrete delivered by the concrete truck, including grade, pouring method, transported volume, pouring progress, etc.
4、Electronic signing: the material requester signs electronically via the APP, and can take photos to upload the site situation at the time of signing.
