Shandong Bosure's intelligent management platform for ready-mixed concrete batching plants, developed based on Internet and IoT technologies, integrates stability and reliability, fast and high efficiency, labor saving, and digital management. It enables digital office work and intelligent production across various departments such as sales management, dispatching and production, financial statistics, laboratory, fleet and drivers, and material procurement.
(1) Sales order → Apply for vehicle dispatch
① Sales personnel sign sales contracts with customers via web portal or mobile app; after approval by management, the contract is executed.

② The construction team at the site applies for vehicle dispatch and formulates the pouring plan via the mobile app.

③ Dispatchers can view customer requests and, based on the material request, dispatch vehicles for production or enable intelligent dispatching for production.

④ Credit control can be set for different customers, projects, and tasks, achieving more refined credit management in a timely and convenient manner. (Two credit control methods are available for selection.)

(2) Vehicle queuing, intelligent dispatch → production and vehicle dispatch
① Vehicles enter the plant area through license plate recognition / Bluetooth card swiping / intelligent positioning via Concrete Truck Tracker, achieving vehicle queuing. The queuing information is displayed to drivers via LED large screens and the mobile app.

② Entry license plate recognition (combined with automatic photo capture from the unattended weighing system, which effectively prevents human cheating and enables event traceability);

③ Entry via Bluetooth card swiping; the information is transmitted to the batching plant's intelligent management platform, and after comprehensive data analysis, vehicles are automatically dispatched.

④ Real-time positioning via Concrete Truck Tracker; upon detecting entry into the plant area, the location is uploaded to the intelligent management platform in real time, and the system automatically queues the vehicle for material loading.

⑤ Production tasks are combined with vehicle queuing, and intelligent vehicle dispatch is implemented by the platform; the dispatch information is sent directly to the production line.

⑥ Notify the driver via voice and mobile app to go to the corresponding production line to receive concrete; task information such as volume and destination is sent to the driver's mobile app.

⑦ The current vehicle dispatch and production status is updated in real time and synchronized on the dispatch interface and the driver's mobile app. With authorization, the construction team can also receive production progress and delivery status.

(3) Intelligent Production
① Dual-control dual-computer control system

(3) Intelligent Production
① Dual-control dual-computer control system
One person controls two production lines, saving human resources.
Multiple production lines are centralized in one control room. The laboratory, dispatch, and operators work together in a centralized manner, improving management efficiency.
Laboratory personnel and dispatchers can monitor and intervene in production in a timely manner, preventing production errors and improving concrete quality.
Operators are moved from harsh environments with high noise and dust to quiet, clean control rooms, improving the working environment.
② Remote centralized control system

Note: According to customer needs, the system can help enterprises achieve city-level remote centralized control.
(4) Intelligent Delivery
1. Error prevention for concrete truck material loading, alarm for incorrect backing

② Weighing of concrete truck upon leaving the plant, automatic weight verification.

③ Delivery ticket automatically printed upon exit.

(5) Intelligent Transport → Electronic Signing
1. Vehicle Beidou/GPS (vehicle dispatch, real-time positioning, historical trajectory, etc.)

② Vehicle safety driving monitoring (fatigue prevention, blind spot safety monitoring, etc.)

③ Discharge monitoring (anti-water addition photo capture to ensure concrete quality and safety)

④ Electronic fence (marking of transport sites to prevent unloading midway)

⑤ Concrete Truck Tracker (intuitively displays information such as the concrete grade, volume, and pouring location being transported by the current vehicle; the displayed content is customizable)

⑥ Online QR code electronic signing

⑦ View order signing details on mobile phone.

(6) Disposal of Surplus Concrete → Production Statistics
1. The disposal of surplus, transfer, and return of concrete, which is common in concrete production, is convenient and flexible, with timely information feedback.

2. Real-time statistics of produced volume, shipped volume, poured volume, and other information, providing accurate and timely data for finance and management.

(7) Consumption Statistics and Inventory Management
1. Query the consumption and inventory status of various raw materials by time/task and other information categories, facilitating management in formulating procurement plans.
