● Card swiping function
one silo, one card. The weighbridge room records the material specification and feeding time. The driver swipes the card at the BSQ500 display terminal. If the card number matches the silo number, the access control is opened.
● Door switch detection
the powder blowing access control system has built-in door closure detection, monitoring the door closure status in real time.
● Automatic door opening and closing
after swiping the card, the access control flap automatically opens fully within about 10 seconds; after the card is removed, the flap automatically closes fully within about 10 seconds. The operator only needs to swipe the card; the entire process requires no manual involvement.
● Illegal operation alarm
after blowing is completed, the driver removes the card, the access control automatically closes, and the driver returns the card to the weighbridge room. The system indicates the door status. If the door is forced open without swiping the card (i.e., the BSQ500 has not read the correct IC card information), a forced opening alarm is triggered.
