The intelligent material level sensor has advantages such as easy installation and maintenance, accurate measurement, high operational safety, and no need to stop production during installation. It is currently the preferred sensor solution for measuring powder silo levels in the world.
Product advantages:
● Accuracy: Directly outputs weight information, providing accurate measurement results, avoiding the influence of differences in material dielectric constant, dust in the silo, wall adhesion, bridging, collapse and other changes in material form inside the silo. Measurement accuracy can reach ±2% of the silo's maximum weighing capacity.
● Installation: Uses the existing silo structure, attached to the silo legs. No high-altitude work required, no change to the original silo structure, no need for large-scale modifications such as leg cutting, and no need to stop production during installation.
● Maintenance: The sensor is attached to the outside of the silo leg, not in contact with the material. It has no moving parts and is not subject to sudden impact or severe loading. Durable and maintenance-free.
● Cost: Low selling price, low installation and maintenance costs.
System functions:
● 1. One BSQ300 detection terminal installed per silo, displaying material weight in real time.
● 2. One touch screen display box per plant, displaying current material level using numbers and bar charts.
● 3. Can be connected to the plant's local area network; any authorized office computer within the plant can view real-time material level information.
● 4. Can be connected to the production computer, with material level information displayed on the production software in real time.
● 5. Optional high material level alarm prompt to prevent powder silo shortage or overflow.
● 6. Optional automatic dust removal control to prevent environmental pollution caused by the pressure relief valve opening unexpectedly due to dust removal not being activated.
● 7. Can be connected to the enterprise ERP (BGM enterprise comprehensive management system).
