Unique dual-weighing method for powder material using spiral loss-in-weight. No material calibration required, simple calibration, high metering accuracy, and good long-term stability. During operation, when not in refill mode, the weighing hopper is used as a loss-in-weight scale to calculate flow; after refill starts, the screw scale is used to calculate flow.
● Smart Start:
Intelligently determines the optimal production frequency for each material ratio, starts and runs at the optimal frequency, achieving "zero waste" production.
● Smart Stop:
Can be set to automatically stop system production when materials are missing for a long time. When the weight in the loss-in-weight hopper is less than the system stop weight, production automatically stops, ensuring product quality. Operation detection of finished product belt, mixer, and flat belt; if equipment stops unexpectedly, each scale automatically stops to prevent material accumulation on the collecting belt.
● Smart Loss-in-Weight:
The powder material loss-in-weight control method uses a self-learning control algorithm, solving the problem of large flow fluctuations just after adding material to the loss-in-weight scale. Easy calibration, accurate metering.
● Smart Vibration:
The system intelligently detects the working status of the scale. It can automatically vibrate when material is lacking. For materials that do not flow smoothly, timed vibration can be set. The loss-in-weight scale automatically vibrates when the weight in the hopper approaches the lower limit.

Allows querying of each start cumulative and daily cumulative. Supports multi-condition filtering, querying, and printing of material production data. Uses Access database to record production data at regular intervals, supporting third-party data upload. Regularly records production flow data, displayed in flow curve form, making it easy to view historical production status and handle issues afterwards. Has an operation log function, convenient for post-analysis and accountability.
