Dual-control dual-computer:
A、When only one operator is on duty, one computer is used to control two independent batching plant units simultaneously.
B、Two operators control two batching plant units on two computers respectively, the same as the traditional production mode.
C、Two computers are hot-standby. If one computer fails, the other computer can still control both batching plant units.
- Two computers control two batching plant units simultaneously. If either computer fails, normal production of both batching plant units is not affected, improving system reliability.
- Each computer can independently control both batching plant units, allowing more reasonable scheduling of operator shifts and saving human resources.

Note:
- This control system mode can achieve the form of dual-control quad-computer, i.e., two computers controlling four batching plant units.
- Hot-standby: Both computers run simultaneously and perform real-time interactive backup. The two computers have no primary/secondary distinction, enabling synchronized operation and monitoring of the production lines without interfering with each other. If one computer fails, the other's control function is not affected.
