Our engineering team undertakes the design, production, commissioning, and retrofitting of automatic control systems for various industrial production lines. We have achieved rich results in the R&D and implementation of automatic control systems for industries such as fly ash brick production lines, aerated concrete block production lines, mine paste backfilling systems, metallurgical blast furnace monitoring, blast furnace skip hoisting, pulverized coal automatic control, fireproof material insulation production lines, sewage and sludge treatment, sand manufacturing and drying production lines, flue gas desulfurization, packaging machinery, and feed and food machinery. We are dedicated to serving our customers wholeheartedly.
Mine Paste Backfilling System:
The entire process of crushing, feeding, metering, mixing, discharging and pumping is centrally managed and monitored, making it safer, more stable and more efficient.
1. One‑button start/stop for the whole system lowers the threshold for operation.
2. Red, yellow and blue colors indicate equipment alarm status, greatly reducing safety accidents and operation & maintenance costs.
3. The HMI display is more intuitive, providing timely indication of equipment status, including multiple safety interlocks to ensure safety between devices, preventing material blockage and injury.
4. Patch‑type level sensors are used for each silo, and the silo weight is directly displayed on the HMI, making it easy to replenish material at any time, eliminating silo overflow and material shortage.
Adopting the dual‑control dual‑computer system – "Fast, Accurate, Stable"
1. The compact batching process achieves the fastest batching speed.
2. Accurate weighing uses multiple metering methods, greatly improving batching accuracy.
3. The stable batching system is equipped with level meters, multiple pressure collection points, and multiple protection programs, making backfilling safer and preventing empty pipes, blockages and pipe bursts.
The electrical control power section uses a draw‑out type distribution cabinet.
1. It is simple and elegant with a compact structure.
2. It occupies a smaller footprint for the same number of circuits.
3. The fully enclosed structure improves the operational safety factor.
4. It provides more circuit loops than ordinary distribution panels, achieving low cost and high output.
5. The control system uses a Siemens PLC as the control terminal, making the system more stable. The PLC inputs and outputs are signal‑isolated, making system maintenance more convenient and improving safety.
