System architecture and description:
1、Slurry preparation, batching and pouring control system. The control system consists of a Siemens PLC and an operator station. Various materials are batched according to the recipe. After batching, the materials are put into the mixer according to the settings and mixed. When the mixing temperature reaches the process requirement, the batched aluminum powder liquid is added into the mixer. After the mixing time is reached, the mixed material is poured into the mold frame.
2、Turning and cutting control system. The turning demolder and cutting machine run automatically. The control system consists of a Siemens PLC and an operator station. The spreader uses encoders for displacement detection in the travel and lifting directions. Mobile equipment communicates with the control center via wireless Ethernet.
3、Pre-curing shuttle control system and pre-autoclave marshalling control system. The control system consists of a Siemens PLC and an operator station. The shuttle car uses a code disc for displacement detection and is precisely positioned by inductive switches. The car is equipped with a locking device. The shuttle car communicates with the control center via wireless Ethernet. Automatic queuing and automatic recording of pre-curing time can be achieved when entering and exiting the pre-curing chamber.
4、Pre-autoclave marshalling control system. A Siemens PLC is used to automate the turning and bottom-cleaning, pre-autoclave shuttle, and marshalling operations.
5、Post-autoclave equipment control system. The control system consists of a Siemens PLC and an operator station. The post-autoclave shuttle automatically transports one autoclave trolley at a time and completes positioning automatically. Precise positioning is achieved by coordinating the transverse movement speeds of multiple trolleys with proximity switches. Mobile equipment communicates with the control center via wireless Ethernet. The mobile slab splitter uses encoders to achieve positioning for each layer and automatically executes the separation of finished products in each layer.
6、Finished product packing and side plate recovery control system. The control system consists of a Siemens PLC and an operator station. The spreader uses encoders for displacement detection in the travel and lifting directions. Mobile equipment communicates with the control center via wireless Ethernet. It mainly includes finished product conveying, single- and dual-mode clamps, and side plate recovery.
